Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Luna Wedding Films collects, what it is used for and how it is protected. By using our forms, chat, bookings or payments you accept what is described here.
What we collect
Only what we need to serve you:
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone and what you write in forms, bookings or chat.
- Service details: dates, location, preferences and files you share for your job.
- Messages we exchange by email, web chat or WhatsApp.
- Billing data: quotes, invoices and payment records (never your card numbers).
What we use it for
- Answering your enquiries, preparing quotes and delivering the service you hired.
- Managing bookings, reminders and confirmations.
- Issuing invoices, collecting payments and keeping our books.
- Sending you communications about your job; promotional ones only if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure systems. Luna Wedding Films never sees or stores your card numbers; it only receives confirmation of the payment.
Business bank connection
To keep its books, Luna Wedding Films may connect ITS OWN bank account through Stripe Financial Connections. This concerns the business's accounts only, never yours.
- Only the transactions of those accounts are retrieved, to reconcile them with the business's invoices and expenses.
- No balances or ownership data are requested, and no money is moved through this connection.
- That information is stored on servers in the United States, is never sold or shared with third parties, and the connection can be revoked at any time.
- Processing by Stripe is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Only the providers we need to operate process it:
- TwBase, the software we use to manage clients, bookings, messages and billing (hosted in the United States).
- Stripe, to process payments and, where applicable, the business bank connection.
- Our email, calendar and messaging providers, solely to send you what you request.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Automated assistant
Part of our service may be answered by an automated assistant. When that happens we tell you, and you can always ask for a person. Your messages are used only to serve you; they are not used to train third-party models.
Retention and security
We keep your data while there is a business relationship or a legal obligation (for example, invoices). We use encryption in transit, restricted access and backups.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to promotional communications, by writing to the contacts below.
